Leica M3 with Kodak Portra 800 – Leica Photographer

Two rolls from my 1963 Leica just came back from RPL. I was able to get 35 shots from the Portra 800 and 18 shots from a Portra 400VC. The Portra 400vc was an expired film that I found in my office. It must’ve been more than 10 years old. Since I don’t even remember the last time I had a 35mm film camera.
The shot below was with the new Portra 800. Nice color, mute although very grainy. Still I was very surprised that this 1963 Leica with a collapsible Summicron is still working.
